 Vickie was raised by her mother’s family with her siblings. She claims to have many motherly influences, but her Grandmother made the most impact. Much of her childhood was spent living over top and working in the family Pizza Parlor. Cooking became her hobby, which she enjoys to this day. She enjoyed cooking creative meals for her now grown children who would invite their friends over to eat. She never knew how many would be coming to dinner each night. Like most Italian homes, she always made plenty to eat and always ended the meal with a great homemade dessert. This cookbook is a collection of her family and friend’s favorite recipes from appetizers to desserts, along with some personal and entertaining stories throughout.
