Grady Thrasher 44th GAYA WINNER Children's Picture Book Tim and Sally’s Vegetable Garden Grady Thrasher, a retired attorney, is thrilled to be making the move from writing legal treatises to children’s books. He is a graduate of both Georgia Tech and Emory Law School and ran his own law firm in Atlanta for 31 years. Thrasher, a Georgia native who grew up in small Southern towns, now resides in Athens and also Watkinsville, Georgia, where he as a 60-acre farm. At age four, he was featured in his father’s air show as “The World’s Youngest Pilot.” His fame extended to being chosen as runner-up in a Howdy-Dowdy look-alike contest. This is the first in a series of adventures for Tim and Sally. |
