Guest book is simple mysql database with first name, last name, email address and comments box.
It must have a test for spammers (captcha). It must display the collection to a web page. As entries accumulate, it should break the pages up. It should notify the webmaster regarding a new comment so it can be viewed for appropriateness before converting to the web display.
