I have two private offices available for rent in my suite. It is a quiet place that would be perfect for a writer seeking a space outside of his or her home to work. The suite features a roomy common sitting/waiting area, room for small group events (up to 8-10 people), refrigerator, microwave and its own bathroom. It is on the corner of a residential street that is perfect for strolling during work breaks. Rent is $425 per month per office and includes use of common areas of the suite.
